Meetings are typically available Monday - Friday, commencing between 9am - 3pm CST, and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, however we will do our best to accommodate your schedule if availability is an issue.
Premium Support packages ($199+) include up to 1 hour per month of phone support. Limited Support packages DO NOT include phone support, however this service may be provided for an additional fee.
Accounts that have exceeded their alotted monthly support or that do not subscribe to this service may still receive Phone Support, billed at our standard rate of $95/hour, in 1/4 hour increments.
