One of the biggest frustrations for most clients is having to manage the content of their website in multiple places. For instance, you may have all your text saved throughout multiple Word documents. Your photos are saved on Google Drive.  Not only do you have to constantly remember where you are storing your content files, but no one in your organization can access them! How will you be able to delegate or ask for help if no one knows or can access the important files for the website? Well, with DigiPro Media’s DigiPaaS platform and the Content Management System (CMS), you can easily add, edit and manage all your content in one central location.

About the CMS

Create 10 or 10,000 unique pages using the visual builder. Or if you're a coder you can go full custom with access to HTML, CSS and dynamic content. The possibilities are limitless.

The CMS allows you to customize user roles by managing who can and cannot add, edit or approve content. Looking for a centralized place to house some of your files? The resource file manager is easily accessible to save and manage everything from images and videos to documents and audio files.
Adding search engine optimized (SEO) pages can be the most stressful part of building your site. Ranking in search results is important to any important business owner or organization. The CMS allows you to add the most relevant title tags, urls, alt tags on images to fit your business.

Here’s a quick step-by-step to upload your pictures to the resource manager:

Once logged in to your dashboard, go to the left-side navigation and click File Manager. Upload a new image by selecting the icon with an arrow pointing upwards. Drag and drop your files or select it from your computer files. Click return to files button.

The system adds the image to the folder you selected. The system also resizes the file in 5 size formats (300px, 600px, 800px, 1200px and 1920px wide) respectively. Use the appropriate file size based on where it will be on the page. For a featured blog image, we recommend 1200px to optimize your image.

The CMS encourages you to easily produce your mobile first website by accessing your content with ease. Effortlessly maintain your website’s content by using this top tool on the DigiPro Media platform.
